Our beacon was renamed from OK0ev to OKM1.

December 2016

On December 23, 2016 a new control computer with a brand new SW was put into operation. Its author is the owner of RKS Stěře ery Ing. Zdeněk Rajmont, ex. OK1IZR. The computer is composed of the Raspberry 1 module and the I / O interface module which is straight? Zdeněk's creation. The philosophy of light beacon relations was conceived as follows: The beacon sends every 15 minutes of peronical ionosponce data and every 30 minutes of a 5-digit group for training the reception of telegraph marks. For now, ionosonda data includes information F0F2, MUF, and F0ES. In the future, Fmin and MUF will be added for distances of 100, 200, 400, 800, 1000, 1500 and 3000 km. CW training is 3-speed, speeds are 100, 80 and 60 rpm. Broadcasted 5-digit groups can be viewed on a 5-digit group page in the beacon.txt file (open in a text editor). At the time between these sessions, the beacon sends its mark and a long line for measurement. Please be aware of the lighthouse for any malfunctions, the SW is still working. November 2016

21.11.2016 the transfer of the transmitter to the new QTH (RKS Hradec Králové - Stěrsery) was made. The fully transistor transmitter from Jirka OK1QT sends up to 60m antenna verticality together with Radio Dechovka (792kHz). The transmitter is located in the center building in the transmitting hall. The adaptation of the antenna is made up of the L-cell realized by the SAD1 tuner (Tesla manufacturer) and the 792 kHz offset filter. Frequency source is currently the Marconi Laboratory Generator with long-term frequency stability in the 10e-8 range, tuned to GPS norm by weekly synchronization - now working in autonomous mode with the above mentioned precision.
